Jacron is a thick, specially treated paper made from cellulose fibers. It looks and feels like leather, yet it is flexible and tough. Debossing, printing and color options
Hot debossing is the most common method: a heated die presses your logo into the material and creates relief. In addition, jacron takes print in any color. Combining relief and color is also possible, and we confirm it in your quote. Jacron itself comes in several shades, so the base color can match your collection.
Shapes, sizes and placement on jeans
We cut jacron patches as rectangles, ovals or along your logo outline. The classic spot is the right side of the back waistband, but some brands sew the patch onto a pocket. We size it to the waistband, because the edges need room for stitching. Jacron also works on jackets, bags and caps.
Washing and care for jacron patches
Jacron handles normal home washing, but it has a few rules. For example, high heat and strong bleach can stiffen it and change its color.
