Warranty seals and VOID labels

Among electronics labels, warranty seals play a special role. They typically cover the housing, screws or box of a device. If someone peels off a VOID label, the word “VOID” or a pattern stays on the surface. As a result, a service center can see at once whether anyone opened the device.

Barcode and inventory labels

For distributors and warehouses, barcode labels speed up receiving and stock control. You obtain product codes through the GS1 system, and we print them in a scannable form. Fake accessories and spare parts are common in the electronics market. Therefore, hologram stickers help buyers recognize the original. A simple hologram only adds shine, while numbered and security holograms let buyers check authenticity. We suggest choosing the hologram type based on product price and risk level.

Durable materials for electronics labels

On a housing, a label faces years of rubbing, heat and cleaning agents. So for electronics labels, we recommend film rather than paper. For example, polyester (PET) film handles scratches and heat better. However, device surfaces vary, so we match the adhesive to plastic, metal or textured finishes.

• Smooth plastic and metal: standard permanent adhesive.
• Textured or curved surfaces: a stronger adhesive.
• Hot zones: heat-resistant film.

Labels for service centers and electronics distributors

Service centers use electronics labels to record repair dates, order numbers and warranty periods. Distributors, in turn, add their own warranty seal and contact details to imported devices. In both cases, a label with a blank field helps, because staff can fill it in by pen or printer.

In addition, exports to the EU may require CE marking and the WEEE crossed-out bin symbol. The manufacturer is responsible for these marks, while we print them from your file.
