Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to visitors of the etiket.az website. It also covers anyone who fills in our quote request, contact or callback forms. Here we explain what data we collect, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have. The policy follows the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Personal Data” (text in Azerbaijani).

Who processes your data

Etiket.az is the owner and operator of your personal data. Our address is 167A Ibrahimpasha Dadashov St, Baku, Azerbaijan. For privacy questions, email [email protected] or call +994 12 562 80 88.

What data we collect

• Form details: your name, phone number, optional email and company name, the product, quantity, dimensions and your message.
• Uploaded files: a logo, artwork or brief (PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPG and more, up to 15 MB).
• Technical data: the form page and language, your IP address, browser details, the time sent and UTM tags from ad links.
• Correspondence: information you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.

The site has no registration or user accounts. We never ask for ID documents, bank card details or other sensitive information.

How we use your data

• Answering your request and preparing a quote.
• Agreeing on the proof, producing your order and handing it over.
• Contacting you about your order by phone, email or WhatsApp.
• Protecting the site from spam and abuse, for example by limiting repeated requests from one address.
• Meeting accounting and reporting obligations under the law.

Our legal basis is the consent you give by filling in the form and the need to fulfill your request. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising. In addition, we never send you marketing emails without your consent.

Files you upload

We use your files only to prepare a quote and fulfill your order. They never appear on the site, and they go into our portfolio only with your written permission. Only staff who handle your request open them. When a partner factory makes your order, it receives the artwork and technical details it needs. So please keep unrelated personal data out of your files.

Cookies and analytics

The public part of the site currently sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts and images come from our own server, so opening a page shares nothing with third parties. Only the admin panel uses a cookie, for staff sign-in.

The Google map on the contact page loads only when you click “Show map.” Google may then set its own cookies. The same applies when you follow a link to WhatsApp. If we add analytics tools later, we will update this privacy policy and ask for consent where required.

How long we keep data

• We delete requests that did not become orders, and their attached files, 24 months after the last correspondence.
• We keep order data and documents for as long as the law requires.
• We keep server log data briefly, for security only.
• When you ask us to delete your data, we do so, except for documents we must keep by law.

Who we share data with

Only people who need your data for their work can access it, first of all our staff. Our hosting and email providers may also have access, and so may partner factories that make your order. Since some partners are in Türkiye, we may transfer production data outside Azerbaijan. We also respond to government requests where the law requires it.

Personal data protection and security

The site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Only staff with personal accounts can view requests, and we also protect the form against automated spam. However, no system on the internet can guarantee complete security. So please do not send card details, passwords or other sensitive information through the form.

Your personal data protection rights

Under the Law “On Personal Data,” you have the right to:

• Find out whether we process your data and for what purpose
• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or outdated data
• Ask us to delete your data or stop processing it
• Withdraw the consent you have given
• Complain to the competent government authority or a court if you believe we have violated your rights

Send your request to [email protected] from the phone number or email you used in the form, so we can confirm your identity. We then respond within the time limits set by law.

Changes to this privacy policy
