Stickers: paper, vinyl and clear
Stickers are the most flexible format because they suit both packaging and promotion. For instance, paper stickers look great on boxes, while vinyl holds up better against moisture and rubbing. Roll labels for hand and machine application

Barcode product labels
Products going into supermarket chains usually need a barcode. So when we print barcode labels, we pay close attention to bar sharpness and to a size that scanners read reliably. However, a print shop does not assign barcode numbers. In Azerbaijan, companies obtain them from GS1 Azerbaijan.
Custom labels for packaging food and cosmetics
First, ingredients, storage conditions and the best-before date on a food label must be easy to read. For official requirements, check the Azerbaijan Food Safety Agency (AFSA) website. Self-adhesive labels: materials and finishes
Before choosing a material, we ask where you will store the product and what surface the label goes on. For example, paper is a cost-effective choice for dry conditions. Film (PP, PE) and vinyl, by contrast, handle moisture, grease and abrasion better. Finally, lamination or varnish protects the print from scratches and fading.

The right choice prevents problems after launch. For example, standard adhesive can lift in the fridge, while a dry-shelf carton does not need costly film. So answer these questions first, and we will work out the rest together.

How to prepare artwork
Print-ready artwork shortens the job considerably. First, send vector files (AI, PDF, EPS or SVG) with fonts converted to outlines. Then add 2–3 mm of bleed and keep key text at least 2 mm inside the cut line. Also set colors in CMYK and note a Pantone number for your brand color. Materials and formats
Which materials do you print labels on?
Most often, we print on self-adhesive paper (matte and gloss), white and clear film, and vinyl. For example, paper suits dry cartons, while film suits wet or greasy environments. If you need a specialty stock, mention it, and we will confirm availability.
Roll labels or sheet stickers: what is the difference?
Roll labels sit one after another on a continuous liner, so you can apply them quickly by hand or with an applicator. Sheet stickers, however, come on individual sheets and suit small hand-applied batches. Therefore, we usually recommend rolls if you pack large volumes every day.
Will the labels stay on in the fridge or in humid conditions?
That depends on matching the material and adhesive to the conditions. For cold or wet storage, we usually suggest film instead of paper, with a suitable adhesive. So tell us where the product is stored and what the container is made of. Before a large run, we also recommend testing the label on your packaging.
Ordering, artwork and shipping
Can I order a small run?
Yes, we discuss small runs too. However, the minimum depends on the label type, size and print method. Small runs also cost more per label because the same setup covers fewer pieces. Your quote states the exact minimum. Ask us to price two or three quantities to compare.
Can you prepare the artwork?
Yes, design consultation is free: we advise on size, layout and material. We can also build the layout from your logo and copy, or adapt your file for print. However, we quote full design work separately. Either way, you approve the final proof before printing.
Can you ship outside Azerbaijan, and which HS code applies?
We are based in Baku. For deliveries abroad, tell us the destination and preferred Incoterm, and we will confirm options. Printed paper labels usually fall under HS heading 4821, while self-adhesive plastic labels often fall under 3919. However, your customs broker confirms the final code.
