Die-cut, kiss-cut and sheet stickers
We pick the cut style based on how you will use the stickers. For example, individual die-cut stickers work well as giveaways, while kiss-cut sheets suit a packing line. The main options are:
- Die-cut: the blade cuts through the sticker and the liner, so each piece gets its own shape.
- Kiss-cut: the blade cuts only the top layer, and the stickers stay on a shared liner.

Artwork requirements
Send vector artwork (AI, PDF, EPS or SVG) with fonts converted to outlines. For die-cut stickers, draw the cut line on a separate layer as a thin path. Also add 2 mm of bleed beyond the cut line and keep text at least 2 mm inside it. A Pantone code for your brand color helps us match the shade more closely. Quantity, materials and durability
What is the minimum quantity for stickers?
The minimum depends on the material and cut type. For example, we discuss small runs for simple rectangular paper stickers. However, die-cut shapes and specialty materials need more setup, so the minimum can be higher. We confirm the exact number in your quote.
Are vinyl stickers suitable for outdoor use?
Yes, unlike paper, vinyl stands up better to water, grease and sunlight. Lamination also protects the print from scratches and fading. However, outdoor lifespan depends on the material, sun exposure and surface. So tell us where the stickers will go.
Will a sticker leave residue when removed?
That depends on the adhesive. Permanent adhesive holds firmly, so the sticker usually tears or leaves a mark when you peel it off. By contrast, we recommend removable adhesive for temporary promotions and windows. Tell us your use case, and we will suggest the right option.
Cutting and design
Can you cut custom shapes?
Yes, we cut stickers to your logo outline, circles, ovals or any custom shape. Just show the cut line on a separate layer. If you do not have one, we can prepare it from your design. However, very small or sharp details make cutting harder, so we simplify them together.
Can you print white on clear stickers?
Standard CMYK on clear film looks translucent because the process contains no white. White elements and bright colors therefore need a white underlay. We confirm this option in your quote based on your artwork and run size. Without a white layer, dark, high-contrast designs read best on clear film.
