Main brand label: woven or leather?
Most clothing brands sew custom woven labels into the neckline as their main label. A woven label keeps its color wash after wash, because thread forms the design, not ink. Standard sizes are 20×30, 15×50, 20×60, 25×70 and 40×40 mm, with an MOQ of 1,000 pieces.
For jeans, jackets and accessories, leather labels often fit better. Genuine leather looks premium and takes print in any color. Faux leather and jacron keep costs down, and we heat-stamp the logo onto them.
Care and composition labels
Every factory-made garment needs a care label with fiber content and washing rules. Japanese akmaz, a nylon taffeta tape, stands up to heat, water and detergents, so it suits everyday wear. English satin is thinner and softer, so it suits underwear.

Hang tags and tag pins
Hang tags are the first label a shopper touches. We print them on 350 gsm matte-laminated paper or rigid 700 gsm board, which takes embossing well. A tag carries the brand, style, size, price and origin, with a 3 mm or 5 mm hole at the top.
To attach it, you need tag pins in plastic, teardrop, metal or aluminum. You order them separately, so plan both together. Custom-branded fasteners are also available.
Packaging stickers
Clothing brand labels should not stop at the garment. For example, logo stickers from our sticker printing range complete the unboxing and seal online orders.
