What to Send for a Custom Label Quote

Be as precise as you can:

Product: woven labels, care labels, hang tags, stickers, holograms and more.
Size: width and height in mm, for example 20×60 mm.
Quantity: pieces per design.
Material and finish: for example, 350gsm board with matte lamination, folding or laser cutting.
Colors: how many, plus Pantone codes if you know them.
Deadline: when and where you need the labels.

Logo and Artwork Files

Attach one file of up to 15 MB: AI, PDF, EPS, SVG, CDR, PSD, PNG, JPG or TIFF, or a ZIP or RAR archive. Vector files work best because logos stay sharp at any size. Our label artwork guidelines cover print-ready files.

After You Send the Form

Step 1: We check your request
First, we review the details and file and ask about anything missing.
Step 2: We send the price
Then you receive a label price quote with the cost, minimum quantity and lead time.
Step 3: You approve the proof
Next comes a full-size digital proof. Production starts only after you approve it.
Step 4: Production and handover
Finally, we hand over the labels in Baku or ship them as agreed.

Can I get a quote without artwork?

Yes. Give us the size, quantity and material, and we'll send a ballpark price. Have a logo? Send a photo, and we'll help adapt it. Then we confirm the final price once the details are clear.

When will I get a reply?

We send every label printing quote within 24 hours on business days, often sooner. However, unusual materials or very large runs may need a check with our partner factory, and then we tell you right away when to expect it.
